Hi All,
I have dataverse table deployed in the MS team enviroment. I need to track a column change ( New vs Old) for a specific column.I have followed this document Manage Dataverse auditing - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn but its seems i dont see audit log setting , Is there any alternative method to track and retain historical data... I was thinking to create a pbi dataset for stored all records....

I believe Dataverse for Teams does not support auditing. Probably because of the storage that it would consume. You can enable auditing for a table, but you'll see a warning that it won't be start auditing until the environment setting for auditing is enabled (which can't be reached).
Its not in any docs that I could find but I ran into the same issue. Lack of auditing has stopped me many times from using DV4T... which just makes me put everything in full Dataverse or SharePoint depending on audience. So, you're not alone - i have the same admin center screenshot you do.
Thanks @ivan_apps Due to cost constraints, I'm only able to utilize DV4T in my current company. There has been a request to track (audit) certain columns from the Dataverse table. Thank you for confirming, though it's a bit unfortunate that I now require a workaround or need to build a solution to meet the business needs.MS should be clear on this on their documentation and the restrictions. 👎
I confirm you can't
