Where does your excel file store?
I suppose that you store excel file on shared folder of local file system. Is it true?
I have made a test on my side and don’t have the issue that you mentioned. My flow’s configuration as below:
The flow works successfully as below:
Please check if you have created a proper connection to your local File system. In addition, also please take a try to re-add a new connection to this action to check if the issue is solved.
