This connector has worked fine for probably a year but has recently started failing and I can't get it to reconnect. Errors are "Some of the connections are not authorized yet." and "Test connection failed." I can't find any further details.
More info and troubleshooting steps I've taken:
The cause of the issue was an OWA policy blocking connections to Outlook from non-approved IP addresses. When I am working from home, I am unable to edit and save the flow because it makes a test connection to Outlook at that point, which fails because I am not coming from an allowed IP. The solution is for me to hop on VPN or be working from an office location. The Outlook connection test will then succeed and I can save the flow. Once the flow is saved, it runs fine on its own.
So again, the error was only occurring when I was editing the flow while working from home. I haven't done enough testing to see exactly what changes I can make from home without breaking the connection but OWA policy was the culprit.
I believe I fixed the problem by applying a data policy to the environment, allowing the Office 365 Outlook connector. As mentioned above, previously there was no policy applied to that environment. I thought that would have allowed all connectors but 🤷🏻‍♂️.
