So I am looking to create a law practice management system in Microsoft 365 using the Power Platform. I would like the system to function as a client portal. When I look at this use, it appears power pages in the app involved. And it looks like I can have up to 100 users per month at $200/month. So I tned to run 80 or so clients. It seems $200 a month is a bit pricey. Those pre-built case management systems are generally less than that. I am reading the pricing right?

Yes, you are right. If your clients are going to login / authenticate in the portal then the pricing is right

If this is too pricey for you. Then the best option is to go with Pay As You Go. Screenshot below for reference. This model will be useful if your clients are not regular users.
