Customizing MS teams notifications with correct link - Approve/Reject

Hi - I have created a flow with 2 levels of groups where group 1 will update an excel file and group 2 will sign off.

I have setup outlook and MS Teams notifications here, however link received on Email is different from link received on Teams where i need synchronisation if anyone can help. Here is the snapshot for references:

Outlook link shows Approve/Reject button

Ms Teams after choosing file link (only option available to me) it is directly taking excel file of sharepoint where updates are getting captured but no option of approve/reject due to which my flow is not moving further - appreciate your support in fixing this pls.

Below is Email notification link where post selecting approve/reject from email brings to this view where there is an excel hyper link for updates and approve tab - Both to action. Missing on MS teams below snippet
