My client has linked knowledge articles to accounts in D365 Customer Service, as they have articles that are specific to customers.
I've created a new page in the portal that shows a list of the knowledge articles, and a new table permission that only allows the portal user to see the articles for their company.
However when I search for articles using the global search, it displays articles that I shouldn't be able to see. When I click on them it tells me I don't have permission to view that record, but I would like to stop them appearing in the search results altogether.
Is there a way of doing this?
