How many Step forms can you add to a Multiform?

I am trying to build a page with at least 15 different forms, but there seems to be a limit for either 8 or 5, when I add 8, Power Pages wipes the pages that doesn't accept and removes them from my multiform, even though I deleted everything and started from scratch. Is this a limitation?

What option do I have to display many different forms to the user, if multistep form is limited? Thank you

    Hi @inanoffice23,

as far as I know there is no limitation.

We have a multistep form with more than 8 steps and it works fine.

    Could you try another browser?

I forgot to specify, that the trouble seems to be when I add a conditional step, I was adding 3, and it would delete some of the other multi step forms that I needed. Not too sure Power Pages can handle both a lot of multi step forms and conditional steps, the graphical interface stops working and it deletes parts of the form

    Hi @inanoffice23,

haven't done that so deep myself. You seem to test the limit of Power pages.

@Fubar, @ragavanrajan, @saudali_25 did you guys already came across such a problem?

For what I have done with multistep forms, it was working.

Hi @Lucas001 @inanoffice23 - As of my knowledge, Power Pages didn't have a strict limit on the number of steps allowed in a multi-step form.

However, it's important to note that a multi-step form with too many steps may not provide the best user experience, as it can become overwhelming for users. It's generally a good practice to keep the number of steps in a multi-step form to a reasonable minimum to ensure that the user interface remains user-friendly and efficient.

    Thanks,

    Saud

Good point, I ended up having to do 25 basic forms, and pass parameter from one to another as advised here Pass Field Value from One Page to Another as Query String Parameter in Microsoft PowerApps Portals - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tips and Tricks (inogic.com) My issue is how do I direct user to relevant page based on dropdown box value, but I'll start another post for that.
