Dataverse Bulk Delete - Delete All Data From Custom Table

I have been following the instructions below to delete all data from a new DataVerse custom table but once I click "Bulk Deletion" link, I am not taken to the correct page where I can execute item #2 below. This is a new M365 tenant not yet available to all so I am perform UAT. Any suggestions?

Delete bulk data

Select an environment and go to Settings > Data management > Bulk deletion.
Select New to run the Bulk Deletion Wizard to create a bulk deletion job with the records you want to delete.

I am new to DataVerse and shortly after I posted, I found the correct page to start working through the process. Thank you for your response.

Bulk Deletion is available under Settings > Data management > Bulk Deletion.

Well shortly after posting, I found the correct page to start navigating pages to perform a simple bulk delete. The bulk delete function should be in the DataVerse tables > Data tab but MS made it complicated.
