qualify lead action not working

Fellow Devs,

i want to implement the qualify lead action on entity list/form on a portal, however whenever i send the action (standard button click) it will return:

"InternalServerError":500,"Message":"Bei der Anmeldung hat etwas nicht geklappt(something went wrong on login). Versuchen Sie es noch mal. Sollte das Problem weiterhin bestehen, wenden Sie sich an den Systemadministrator der Website (try again. if the problem persist contact the system admin)."

i have tested this action on another portal and it is working, if you have appropriate table permissions! if you dont, you will recieve a different error message: "you dont have appropriate permissons"

any idea why this service could be failing powerappsportals.com/_services/action-qualify-lead/<<guid>>?
