Item Actions not showing on portals

Hello all,

I have an entity list on my portal website. I have enabled the details edit and delete function from the configuration but the edit and delete are not showing up as actions on my list in the portal. I have also enabled create edit view and delete on the portal editor itself for the list. So far only the create button and view is showing up. Is there anything I am missing so that the edit and delete actions show up?

I'd suggest a few things to try -

    1. If you have enabled entity permissions on this entity list then check that you have actually created entity permission for that entity, provided write and delete privileges. Also ensure that you have associated this entity permission with the web role of your logged in user.

    2. Once your entity list configuration is saved, from portal studio / editor click 'Browse Website' to ensure that the cache is cleared and updated configuration for entity list is picked by the portal application.

    Hi @xyvic ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Do you mean that you could not enable "Delete" and "Edit" option within the Entity List Component in your Portal?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and the issue is confirmed on my side. I would post this issue to my product team, if the issue is solved, I would reply here.

    Best regards,
