Issue with SharePoint List Lookup columns in PowerApps and Flows

I am getting below error message in PowerApps

List is having 20 Lookup columns and it has almost 30 columns (which include all types of columns) but List view does not have more then 10 columns it self.

List contains only one view (All items) and it has only 10 columns but still i am receving same error message.

Could you please help me on this?

Hi All,
I know that time has passed since this post, but so that it remains as knowledge to all of us.
The limit includes the Person type fields and there are 12 fields. (Between look up and person).

As per below article, List view should not exceed the limit or threshold value. In my scenario its not but it has more Lookup columns. SharePoint List (In Online version) can have more than 30 columns or 20 lookup columns not views in List.

Hi @Shiva506 ,

Do you add 20 LookUp columns in your SP List?

Based on the error message that you mentioned, it seems to tell that the number of LookUp fields in your SP List has exceeded the LookUp column threshold limits.

The user @Rfla has faced similar issue with you, please check the response within the following thread:

Currently, the Default value of List View LookUp threshold is 12 in SharePoint. Please check the following blog for more details:

On your side, please consider decrease the number of LookUp columns in your SP list, then check if the issue is solved.

Whether they are actively used in a ListView or not, SharePoint doesn't support the use of 20 lookup columns in a single list. The normal limit is usually 8 (as high as 12 in some circumstances). See the boundaries and limits here:

The only fix for your problem is to redesign the list to use fewer lookup columns.
