Power Pages: I have two views on a "reporting" page tied to the same table. I want one view to filter based on the contact logged in, and the other view to filter on the account the contact is connected to

I have tried using table-permissions but there doesn't seem to be an option to do what I want because it is permissions for the table both views are showing.

I tried to do it through the view-designer in powerapps but it only allows me to filter on a specific name.

How can I manage to do this?

if by "Views" you mean you have setup 2 separate Lists, then you can try to add Filter Conditions the List definitions - use the Portal Management App and open the List record there is a Filter Condition section that allows you to set Contact and Account filters on each List.
