Get Item Array - Apply to each

Hi,I have append some value (Sharepoint folder) to an array

now I want to use apply to each and filter the Sharepoint folder using the first folder in the array.

Question: how can I retrieve the first value in the array?

    To get the first value in the array there is a first function:
