I am currently working on a power automate workflow for my job that has two parallel branches. The right side of the branch has a delay timer and then once the delay timer is up it moves on to the last step in the branch which is just sending a RFI not completed email" via outlook (reference picture 1). Left branch Picture 1 The right side of this workflow contains two do until blocks each that end when the ticket status is changed. The first do until block keeps the loop going until the ticket is no longer pending once it has the assigned status then it kills that first do until block loop. Afterwards an email will be sent saying the "ticket has been assigned to joe Blow" and then once the ticket is completed it will go through the second "do until block loop" then send a " ticket has been completed" email. That's the logic and goal behind the workflow but I am having trouble making sure that the "not completed email" and "Ticket has been assigned to email" send once during the entire workflow. I also need to make sure that that the 2nd "do until loop" doesn't autocomplete before I change the status of the ticket. My question to you all is how I can get my emails to only send once while keeping the workflow alive until the ticket is completed. I tried a good number of methods I tried a do until and it didn't seem to work.
our company don't want that flexibility, but I figured it out just had to copy my previous step.
