Restore a site using CLI method

I have a download of my current production site. It was created using the CLI power shell method. This is how I have deploying. It is a Download of my DEV site.

I would like to take that download, and upload it to a different site on my DEV. I cannot see where I can direct the "pac powerpages upload statement to a specific site...thought I could use the index number...but cannot find syntax

pls try the following:

The pac powerpages upload command targets a specific environment,

In the downloaded folder, open the Website.yml file located in the websites directory.

Update the websiteid to match the ID of the target site in Dataverse for the desired environment.

pac powerpages upload --environment <environment-url> --path <path-to-downloaded-folder>
