Restore a site using CLI method

I have a download of my current production site.  It was created using the CLI power shell method.  This is how I have deploying.  It is a Download of my DEV site.
 
I would like to take that download, and upload it to a different site on my DEV.  I cannot see where I can direct the "pac powerpages upload statement to a specific site...thought I could use the index number...but cannot find syntax

    pls try the following:
     
    The pac powerpages upload command targets a specific environment,
    • In the downloaded folder, open the Website.yml file located in the websites directory.
    • Update the websiteid to match the ID of the target site in Dataverse for the desired environment.
    • pac powerpages upload --environment <environment-url> --path <path-to-downloaded-folder>
