Include Quick Create Form in BPF

Hey guys.
In BPF, I need to put a multiple choice field. As "choices" type columns are not allowed in BPF, I created a quick create form with the column.
But how do I put this quick create form in the BPF? I can't find this option.

If anyone can help, I appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi @Shenkx ,

Your screen shot is not in English so sorry if I am not understanding completely. I am expecting the Qualificar is a related entity (1:N) from the Investigar. If you have this as a business process flow stage it will open the standard form, not the quick create form so not sure this will accomplish your need.
