Hello,
Can anyone explain the rule according to which individual fields are shown in the Portal timeline?
And is there a way how to Customize/change that?
I have Customer self-service portal.
My timeline is on Case details and shows E-mails, Portal Comments and Appointments but I would like to have different fields there.
The form doesn´t allow me to change the fields - see the screenshot of Appointments as an example.
What am I missing? Is there a way to customize that?
