I am trying to create a form with linear sliders. When I add the linear slider component in the forms, the intended section pops up as a linear slider, but when I run the website, the section pops up as a text box. How do I fix this?

Can you share screens for your setup and how the issue looks like?
The Linear Slider shows up where we make the forms. But in the actual portal (website), it shows up as a text box.
Unfortunately the linear control is only available on Model Driven apps forms only , and will not be available on power apps Portals forms

As @Mira_Ghaly for now custom components (including the one provided by MS) are not available for the Portal. You would need to implement slider yourself with some Javascript by using some 3rd party library like noUiSlider.
