Hi,
I plan to introduce teams shifts to automatically manage availability on teams among team members.
Mainly it's about checker out of office when they are off shift.
Can I do this with flow?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Wanted to do this as well. It's possible through the use of http request to bypass the calendar of outlook from teams calendar. Unfortunately its connector (in flows) is a premium.

What I did is a flow which generates a .ics file which is automatically generated and sent to the user with the details of their leave + an OOF status on their outlook calendar (to show they're unavailable)
