I am not sure what you mean by Azure Cloud, but to move portal data between environments, you need to use some tools to move data, please refer to the below options:

the Portal itself you have to provision in your environment, if you already have the portal and want to move the D365 instance that it is associated with, you can go in the Portals Admin Centre --> Portal Actions --> Update D365 Instance https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/change-dynamics-instance

Thanks a lot @OliverRodrigues  for your kind reply. I meant is there a way to move the portal which is already created in an environment which is created by my organization to Azure? We have converted the portal from trail to production. As I am new to the Power apps I do not have much idea regarding this.

Well, I am still a bit confused

The Portals is already hosted in Azure, but that's an internal instance from Microsoft, and we do not have access

were you looking to scaling options etc? if yes, this is all managed by MS based on traffic load (I presume)

and there is no way we can move Portal between Azure instances

if you really need to have more access, you can use the Community Portals and host yourself in Azure.. but with this option you would loose a lot of functionality and bugfixes that Microsoft have applied in the Online Portals

also the Community version will probably stop working around April 2022 due to deprecation of OrganizationServiceProxy

not sure why the GitHub link isn't working for me now, but anyway, that's the path if this is what you mean
