Combine two rows in Sharepoint List

Hi,

 

I need to combine two rows in sharepoint list as i have it in my excel(snip attached). Kindly help me with this.

    In Excel, the other cells in the row are merged together. In SharePoint, you cannot merge rows, but you can instead make the two columns with multiple values be 'multi-select' columns.

     

    Only certain column types can be 'multi-select'. It looks like you want to input text. You can't make a 'multi-select' column of type text, but you can make a 'multi-select' choice column to achieve the same effect: Make a choice column, toggle "Allow multiple selections" to Yes and checkmark "Can add values manually".
