cannot login to power platform / forums with ork acocunt anymore

Hi, since two days I cannot sign in to power platform with my work acocunt. I get "The user account is currently locked. Please try again later."

I have no problem signing into office365

Someone any idea what can have happened?

I am also going through this for past 3days and i have tried my best. I have sent several emails and no response. I have to login with my personal email to comment on here.

It's great to have a work account locked. Thank you so much Microsoft for doing this, and making it even more difficult to get answers. Much appreciated! Y'all are killing it.

Hello, we had identified an issue where few learners were unable to login to community platform and received errors saying their accounts are locked/don't have access to it.

The issue is resolved now, if you're still facing this issue.

Please reach out to support team and give your registered email address.

Hi Hans Heintz,

to solve the issue please go to the Contact table and search for your account that has been locked, and then show the column name (Lockout End Date) clear that date and try to login again it will work.

please if the answer solves your issue make this an accepted solution.
