Accidentally signed into OneDrive (@learnwithpowerup.onmicrosoft.com) – personal files synced.

​​​​​​Account type used: learnwithpowerup.onmicrosoft.com (Microsoft 365 developer tenant)
What happened: Signed in, OneDrive auto-synced my local PC folders
Current status: Files appear in OneDrive cloud under that tenant
Concern: I don’t own/control this tenant
What I need: Safe steps to copy files back locally and remove account without losing data
