My client noticed one of their Power Pages Portal user's Employer field (look up to an Account record) had been updated to an incorrect value. They checked the Audit history and it appeared that the portal account # Portals-xxxxxx had made the change. Looking at the Audit history myself, I also noticed at the same time the portal account had updated the user's User Name from one value to another.
I am aware that any updates the user made on the portal would be updated by the portal account. However, we have not included any page that would allow users to update their Employer or User Name, so we are very puzzled about this. We wonder what else may cause the change of these values by the portal account?
