Hi @gospa ,
Only users with Administrator role or with Administrative permissions Website access can see this screen. If you don't want to see it either remove Administrator role or remove Administrative permission from Administrator Web Role. With that being said - this functionality is deprecated and will be removed from your website soon (check out if you have the latest version of the website - upgrading might remove this functionality).
