Can anyone advise whether it is possible to use an entity list on the portal to display multiple previously submitted webforms for the signed in contact/user?

I would like previously submitted webforms to be retrievable by the logged in user, however the only way I currently know how to display a webform is using the liquid tag, which displays either an active (not finished webform) or a brand new webform.

Any guidance much appreciated.

I might be missing something obvious in your requirement. But I think all you needs is a web page with an entity list, displaying the records for your entity related to the web form.

I would probably do what @OliverRodrigues has suggested, on that Entity Form, if you had Steps that created Child or Parent records you can still display that data via Quick View forms and Subgrids. Alternative, you could create another Web Form and for each Step set their Mode (From Definition tab) to readonly.

For both the above, you add a Grid configuration item under the Option Tab of Entity List (and set the item using the Fetch filter to only show when the Status reason = xxxx), and a similar Grid item for an editable Webform
