Embed Chat widget for Omni Channel to Power Apps Portal

Hi Community,

I would like to add Omni-Channel Chat Widget to my Power Apps Portal. Embed the Chat Widget from Omni-Channel to Chat Content Snippet as HTML.

But, Don't know some how its does not appear to my Power Apps Portal, I am using Custom Portal.

I followed below links to configure my Portal for Omni Channel chat.

Let me know if you faced same kind of situation and how to get this resolved.

Hi @v-siky-msft,
The issue was, As my trail environment is based in Canada - CRM3. So due to the location I was unable to add Chat Widget to the portal. That weird.

When I tried the same steps to Trail in US - CRM, Its working fine.

Please follow these troubleshoot about Chat widget.
Chat widget icon does not load on the portal
Chat not getting initiated on starting a new chat from portal
Chat widget does not load on the portal
Dashboards do not appear in Omnichannel for Customer Service active dashboards view
