How to make button create new record in Dataverse table?

Hi all

I have a custom button that when clicked, should create a new record in a table in Dataverse with a unique Reference number. Is there a way to do this?

I know that i'll need to create a new column for the unique reference number.

Thank you for your help

Button click event Power Automate is not directly supported via Power Apps Portal. The simple solution would be to use the "Dataverse connector" for your power automate.

In your button click event follow the below article to call your power automate via the button.
