LIST ROWS FROM POWERAPPS INPUT NOT WORKING

Hi All,

I'm currently doing an automation where multi-select input is enabled from PowerApps trigger input and I want the values to be listed and exported as CSV.

However, my flow once worked when multi-select is disabled. CSV file is blank once exporting and multi-select is activated.

May I ask for any help how to resolve this? I believe this has something to do on how list rows handle filter rows value.

I'm trying to achieve this expression to filter rows value 'cause i think this will work??

(cr69c_province eq 'BATANGAS' or cr69c_province eq 'BATANGAS' ) and (cr69c_typeofacquisition eq 'FOR VERIFICATION' )...
