Odata filter ne 'Null' on Person / Group column in MS List

Hi Folks,

 

I'm trying to filter using Odata in a PA flow to omit records that do not have a user (or the user account has been deleted) from the record.

  If I amend ne to eq, then it works fine. Cannot I not look for null values in a Person / Group column?
