PowerApps Canvas App - Button minimum width

In my Teams Canvas app I have a gallery which needs to have 3 buttons across the bottom of the template width.

I can't seem to be able to reduce the button Width under 100px. There seem to be no minimum for the button Height.

When gallery TemplateWidth is less than 300px my three buttons are overlapping (even though button Width is set to less than 100px for each). Is there any 'trick' someone can suggest so I don't have buttons overlapping?

Just to be clear, this is only on the App for Teams. Regular PowerApps app, I can make buttons with Width less than 100px.

Why dont you set the width to be:

    TemplatWidth / 3

That way they will be kinda of responsive and no matter the tempaltewidth they will not overlap (I think)

    Hi @Nogueira1306 ,
that's exactly how I got it set, but on smaller screen TemplateWidth/3 is less than 100px. This makes part of Button text to disappear under the button next to it.

For instance, these three buttons with Width set to Parent.TemplateWidth/3 have text set to "QWERTY", "123456" and "ZXCVBNM".

My app will have three buttons with text set to a numerical value so real text will be more like "12/18" or similar (represents number of available assets of total available on a given date).

It might have to do also with the letter size and the padding

Font size does not effect it and I think padding is set to 5px by default, but can't see it in Teams app. In Teams this is all properties I can change for a button control

I would very much appreciate it if someone has a PowerApp app in Teams, to please check if you can set a button width to less than 100px (eg 20px), to check if it shows properly... unlike for me, as I described in my original post.

    Hi @bnerd ,

I think you will need the classic button control:

You can enable it in settings then add from left panel classic category:

    Hope this helps.

Thanks very much @v-jefferni, that did the trick 👍

The classic controls don't seem to be available any more. Any other solution, since the problem still persists?

Classic Controls seem to be gone.

Icon with a Blank() Icon is working so far...
