Document Location views are not changing on portals

Hello,

I have powerapps portal attached with our CRM instance. We would like to have 3 section under our form which should allow users to upload files into sharepoint in specific folders(document location). We have added subgrids of document locations in CRM but in powerapps portal its only showing "My active document location" view and not which we configured on subgrid. I have checked entity permissions and everything but no luck. It looks we can not change default views of document locations for powerapps portal .  Anyone having idea ?

Thanks

Anupam

    Hi @anupam8555,

Unfortunately it seems like you must use the Active Document Locations view for the document location subgrid as documented here.

You must set the following properties in the subgrid for this feature to work:

    • Under Data Source, select Document Locations from the Table list.

    • Under Data Source, select Active Document Locations from the Default View list.
