Copilot prompt unable to create sites with simple prompts

I have a US based developer tenant and thought I would test out the much heralded Copilot AI site creation in my dev environment.

Even a simple prompt like

"Create a volunteering site", results in.....

Creating sites based on the templates succh as the Registration template works perfectly. Also I have updated all the portal packages and the Enhanced Data Model is anabled.

Are there any other checks I should do?

Is this the first site created in that environment?
theres a limitation stating that copilot cannot create the first site in the environment:

Thanks for pointing me to that FAQs page. In this case, it wasn't the only site I used site in this environment but thanks again, as the limitation is easy to miss. It would be good if there was better error reporting when a Power Page site fails to create.

Anyway, I had a look at my UK tenant and remembered I have a dedicated developer enviroment just for Power Pages. So in the US tenant I have now replicated this - looks like the enanced dataverse data model is created by default and there is no option to select Bootstrap 5 preview. I firstly created a test site with one of the templates and the re-tested copilot prompt: I now have my volunteering site created , eactly as I stated in my prompt 😊.
