Old Table permissions are not deleting

I'm encountering an issue with table permissions in my Power Pages application.

I recently created a new form and associated table permissions. After deleting the form and associated permissions from Power Pages Management, I attempted to create a new form linked to the same table. However, I'm unable to  see any notification to create new permissions which we used to see in general.

Upon further investigation, I noticed the previously deleted table permissions are in inactive state under security>>Table Permission although I deleted those in Power pages Management console.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Please follow the instructions from @Fubar.  Once you clear and restarted the site then for sure the inactive will disappear.

In addition, usually ctrl+F5 will also do hard refresh.

    Good luck

    Hope it helps.

If you updated/deleted in the Management App, ensure that when back in the Designer that you click the  'Sync' button.

If it is an when you preview or use the site, then make sure the portal cache has been cleared, and if still an issue 'bounce' the site from
    • Admin Center->Resources->Power Pages Sites then select the site 3 dots and choose Purge; or
    • Admin Center->Resources->Power Pages Sites then select the site 3 dots and choose Manage->Site Actions->Restart Site
