PCF Error [ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED]: Package subpath './v4' is not defined by "exports"

Hi all

I'm getting this error when call command npm start. My project is a sample template so i have not added any code. I'm new in powerapp and i don't know if the issue is global or i made a mistake during installation of node.js
