Hello Experts,

As a beginner user - I'm looking to create a flow with the below request:

Create an end of day powerbi or excel report from outlook -mailboxes and have it sent it to individuals.

How can I achieve this?

    What would you be reporting?

-the number of emails with attachments?

    - a list of all emails sitting in the inbox?

Give me an idea of what the report would consist of - power automate may be the answer.

    Appreciate your response, Bartelli.

Below are my needs for reporting on a daily basis -

    1) number of emails received to three different mailboxes per day to certain users (ex: johndoe@microsoft.com, janedoe@microsoft.com)

    2) total number of users and their email addresses sending requests to three different mailboxes

    Thank you.

The trick with getting this information is access. If you don't have access to the email, you won't be able to pull this information.

I would start with the trigger, Office 365 Outlook: when a new email arrives(v3), get the email(v2) step, then either create an excel workbook to log the email or have the email logged to a SharePoint list. That way you can get a count and create a dashboard from any of those applications or using PowerBI.

Let me know if this helps, thanks!

Could you please share me a sample flow to understand the expressions and the details that follow?
