I am trying to create a Microsoft Power Automate Flow to automatically save email attachments. From the instruction on youtube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRLaCUFK2TY entitled “How to Save Email Attachments with Power Automate | Power Automate Tutorial” I expected to build a flow but instead I got an error that suggests I have some sort of connection issue. Maybe it is a permission issue or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I am using Power Automate through my web browser and so I am accessing it from a Microsoft APP from the website, nicholasair.com and the “Employee Login”. But I am supposed to get this window:

And when I click on this red colored wording I get this:
So, I emailed someone at my company who I understand is "the network guy". And he emailed me back and said, "It's not a network issue. It the connecting parameters that are having an issue."
I need help. Where do I find these connecting parameters and how do I know what to set for them?
