Hi I am unable to open the file attachment sent by the flow.
I have checked and do not see any errors in my flow. However, when the email is sent to me I see this error.

We manage to solve it, for respective file we used identifier instead and this fixed the problem

Got to the root of your issue.
Can you please follow the steps mentioned below-
In Outlook, go to “File” > “Options” > “Trust Center” > “Trust Center Settings…” > “Attachment Handling“. Ensure that “Turn off Attachment Preview” is NOT checked. Select the “Attachment and Document Previewers…” button. Make sure that the previewer you wish to use is checked, then select “OK” three times.

I have resolved this before and I know that you are trying to fetch an attachment from Microsoft form.
The trick here is instead of using the "Get file content using Path", you need to use "Get file content" action, only then the attachment will get properly rendered. The Get file content using path used to work before but something changed a couple weeks ago and it no longer renders the attachment correctly hence the trick to use the ID instead of Path.
