Not able to add a note/ attachment in Powerapps Portal

I have added a timeline to a custom entity/ form

but I am not able to upload/ or attach any comments/ or attachments

Please see below:

Is this just entity permissions or something further?

Hi @Justin365 ,

When you create Entity/ Table > Make sure you have enabled the "Enable Attachments (Including notes and files)" checked . Screenshot for your reference.

Note: If you already have a Table/ Entity then you can select that and go to settings and enable it.

Can you check if you have proper entity permission for annotation (Notes) entity?

@Justin365 do you have permissions to activitypointer entity? If you don't have it try to add global access and see if that will help (be aware that it will show any activity record so do it with caution if you are in production and assign only to admin).

Sorry for the long reply @Justin365. Hmm, everything looks correct. One last thing to check - can you confirm that Enable Entity Permission checkbox is checked on the Entity form? It need to be checked otherwise entity permissions will not applied.
