Add a (Dependent) Form within a Form

I am using the Table-Form screen.

I have two SharePoint Lists.
SharePoint List A.
SharePoint List B (has a LookUp column D that looks up to SharePoint List A.)

SharePoint List A is connected to Form A.
There are 18 questions/form fields/columns in List A/Form A.
Based on the response, Yes/No, to a question 7/entry field in List A, I want SharePoint List B to be visible for the User to populate, submit, and then return to complete List A.

How do I do this please?

I have tried to add containers to a Datacard and then add the form layout, which is connected to List B, but the form keeps adding OUTSIDE Form A - which is connected to List A.

I have also added a custom card to the fields in Form A in an attempt to add a Container, but the same thing - everytime I add a Form layout, it shows up OUTSIDE Form A space.

Also need to add buttons:
"Submit and Add More" - to continue adding entries to Form B
"Submit & Close" to close Form B and continue with Form A

Thanks.

You cannot put a form inside another form. You only real option is to put them either beside each other or the second in a popup and base the Item of the second form on whatever is selected in the first one.

    Thanks for the response.
How do I make the second form a pop up and link it to a field entry in the first form?
I have a yes/no field entry, so I would want the second form to pop up when a user selects "Yes".

You should reevaluate your business case. What is the relationship between list A and list B? What would happen if B were updated and A weren't? Is B actually extra columns that should be updated depending on a value in A?

Set a Variable to true OnChange of the control to the output of the control (true/false) - example for a Classic Checkbox
    UpdateContext({varPopup: Self.Value})

then make the Visible of the popup this Variable.
    varPopup

it will then appear if the control is changed to true.
Also to exit the pop-up when required
    UpdateContext({varPopup: false})

List A is a list of parents names, phone, email, addresses, etc
List B is a list of children. List B has a look up column to list A name column.

Therefore you cannot update List B before List A. You should rethink your design.
You could use a collection, which would popup in a container, to capture the child data and use Patch to update but I can't recommend that without understanding your complete business case.
