Weekly SharePoint List Export of items to Excel or .CSV

Good afternoon. I am fairly new to SP and PowerAutomate, and been asked to create a flow that will grab a SP list and export it out as a file to a library or OneDrive, so I can ultimately create another flow to email this list to another individual for weekly comparisons. It doesn't appear I can export to an Excel, and I cannot get it to export to a CSV correctly with a data/time included.
