Failed to create connection for connection id

Hi. I'm trying to create a new Power Automate flow (Email to Excel) for the first time, but got this error when I tried to sign in my Outlook, Gmail and Excel when creating the flow:

"Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_gmail/connections/shared-gmail-92bc3496-d347-413f-8522-940b27cf2133'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: '631cdd8a-a1ee-e1e4-80a0-da2f9fc0801b' could not be found."

When I tried to use the template flow, I also have errors when signing in my Outlook, Gmail and Exel. I'm using Microsoft Office 365 with my personal email. The environment I'm seeing on the top right corner is "Default Environment".

I already tried to clear cache, use incognito, switch browers, resign in, wait for few days and try again... but still have the same problem.

Can anyone help me solve this issue?

I'm getting the same error message (perhaps the codes differ) and have taken the same steps, with no difference.
I'm trying to create a cloud flow for 'When a new email arrives (V2) (Outlook.com)'
+1 for appreciating any help, I just want to sign in and create the flow, and this is preventing me.

Can anyone help advise, please?
This issue is happening on any computer, so seems to be either a fault with the process or with my account.

Same issue and error message, using a non-business account.
