Breadcrumb link does not open article from a custom entity correctly

Hello

I have a customer self service portal with custom categories. From those categories I have to open knowledge article.

If I keep the OOB customizations articles are opened like this:

Home > Knowledge base > KA-01284

I want the link for article to be in breadcrumb and to open the article like this:

Home >Troubleshooting > Conectivity problems > KA-01284

Or for other category:

Home >Gettingstarted > Plasticsimcard > KA-01284

I have tried to modify webtemplate with liquid but doesn't work.

Please can somebody help me?
