Non-recoverable error encountered when running pac powerpages migrate-datamodel --webSiteId ${webSiteId} --siteCustomizationReportPath ${siteCustomizationReportPath}

When running any of the preview migrate-datamodel commands, they work fine on a new website built from one of the supported templates. However, for our website, which has ~50 pages, running these commands presents the following error:

pac powerpages migrate-datamodel --webSiteId ${webSiteId} --siteCustomizationReportPath ${siteCustomizationReportPath}
...
Sorry, the app encountered a non recoverable error and will need to terminate. The exception details have been captured and will be forwarded to the development team, if telemetry has been enabled. Exception Id: b52f2953-b6ad-4b4d-9d3e-558c15f7ff51, Exception Type: System.AggregateException

For internal company reasons, we need to migrate our website from SDM to EDM right away so we can start deploying it via solutions instead of our current ADO pipeline, but without any actionable guidance, there's no way for us to proceed.

I look forward to the community's thoughts/guidance. Thank you!

P.S. - The Power Pages blog subscribe link still doesn't work.

    Hi @rcarrigan Are you trying to migrate a standard data model site to an enhanced data model ?
    Can you follow this guide and see if it helps ?

    Hi @rcarrigan ,

    Something similar happened to me. It was due to missing access rights to the path. To solve it, I went to the windows sequrity > protection history and there I granted access to the folder. In our case, the folder on the notification wasn't the path we added on the command, the command was trying to download some stuff iin another one. Once we solved that, the command worked properly.

    I hope it helps!

    Unfortunately, this is the guide I was using which led me to this point. Thanks for trying to help though!
