workflow to create a webrole

Hello Expert,

I created a workflow to assign create a portal user and assign a specific web role (super-utilisateur).

When perform the registration process I'm able to create the user but it seem the workflow does not assign a web role.

What do you believe may cause this issue ?

Do you have any suggestions?
