QR code based powerapps application

1. Ability for candidates /visitors at job fairs elsewhere to logon(using QR code as one medium) and enter their information along with their resumes.
2. We should be able to store that data in the app and be able to access it easily
3.This use case is for campus candidate collection/engagement application
 
 
This is a usecase for developing a bare bone power app in power platform but i would appreciate if you would please help me with high level inputs or steps to implement
