Send Reminder Email only to those who have not approved

I have this flow working where it will run on a timed loop to send a reminder out that approval is needed. If it times out or if all approvers.. approve then it also works. I have been looking all over the forums. Can anyone show me in a picture format the flow to only send a reminder email to those who have not approved? I believe it requires some use of a array variable but not sure how to put it together.

Current flow is as follows:

Filter Rows:

msdyn_flow_approvalrequestidx_approvalid eq @{outputs('Create_an_approval')?['body/name']}

Filter Rows:

msdyn_flow_approvalresponseidx_approvalid eq @{outputs('Create_an_approval')?['body/name']}

Note:

About the filed name "msdyn_flow_approvalresponseidx_approvalid " ,you could get it in your default environment:

I think the issue is during the select pieces.. what am i supposed to put on the Left side to match the right side:
every approver name or email address mapped to Owner (Value)?

Same with the Select 2 map all the potential responses to Owner (Value)?

What is Test1 for example:
