Hi,
I have an approval process where when a microsoft form is submitted for an award nomination, I approve it in approvals and then a list of rows of voucher numbers in excel with the next blank is updated with award nomintion details.
I'm facing the issue where if there are multiple approvals waiting to be approved (e.g. 5) and I approve them all at once (within less than 1 min for each) - rather than updating each excel row its overwriting the top one. Its almost like approvals is working too fast for the flow so its struggling to find the next 'blank' (available voucher)
When i leave 3/4 mins inbetween each approval i don't face this issue, any ideas of what I can do?
