Hello All,

I created a gallery and saving the gallery data in sharepoint by concatenating multiple lines to single line with delimiter. in below image you can see how it is saved.  I have to send an email with this data in a tabular format. So I have to get data from sharepoint and split that data and create a tabular format then send that table in email. I am not able to find way to split and create that data in tabular format(same like gallery)

I have tired one method.:-

1. I am saving this gallery in collections and then patching it to sharepoint. So I created connection directly from power apps in power automate and send email. it worked. But problem is if I change connections the flow will fail may be any time in future.(based on this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/power-platform/power-apps/connections/best-practices-when-updating-a-flow).

So I am looking for other method(to collect data from sharepoint and spllit and send an email).

Please guide me how can that be possible, or please share me any links .

Thank you

    Hi @Krishna09

    Could you please tell me:

Do you want to split a row of SharePoint into multiple rows?
I have made a test for your reference:
