Hi!
Im trying to change the owner of a model driven app that has my Company user as owner but it it should have the customers Service account as a owner.
This is only a cosmetic thing but for the customer this is a big deal?
Greateful for all ideas.
Hi @MHassel ,
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to change the Owner of a Model-Driven app?
If you want to change the Owner of a Model-Driven app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
If you would like this feature to be added, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Best regards,
Hi,
The scenario is that my customer wants the owner of the model driven apps to be a different account.
I have attached a examlpe of what we want to achive.
I can change the owner of a canvas app through powershell but not the modell driven ones.
Currently, the Set-AdminPowerAppOwner PowerShell cmdlet could only be used to change the owner of a canvas app rather than a Model-Driven app.
The Set-AdminPowerAppOwner PowerShell cmdlet is not supported in Model-Driven app. Actually, the owner of the Model-Driven app is based on who created this model-driven app. There is no function or solution to change the owner of Model-Driven app currently.
The owner of the model-driven app is the owner of the user who created it in the source environment. So typically in the development environment you'll see the developer, however when you deploy this app via a solution to Test or Production, try using the desired account (assuming it has the right security roles) for the solution import and you should see the desired owner. Another option if it's simply cosmetic as you mentioned is to update the user's Display Name in Office 365 and it will update the owner.
Hope this helps!
@EricRegnier , would anything break if the owner of the Model Driven App left the organization?
Thank you, Eric
Hi @AhmedSalih, good question. No it wouldn't break anytime form model-driven apps. It might though for Power Automate flows and canvas apps. Cheers
Thanks for the suggestion @EricRegnier - I am having a similar issue. User and current owner of a model-driven up leaving the Organisation. You mentioned that it may affect flows. What if these are stored on the same enviroment as the App and shared with other users? Any clue? Cheers!
@nvelissaris , the issue is with the connections (and via connection references) that the flow is using. If the connection's credentials are disabled then when the flow triggers and executes the actions of these connections, it will fail. To fix, you'll have to reconnect using valid credentials...
